My client has recently had a full refurbishment therefore you will be working not only in a lovely building but working with fantastic facilities. This school has a great relationship and understanding with all parents whom work together to support and help their children accomplish their targets.
The school have an extremely dedicated pool of teachers and teaching assistants who work very well together supporting one another.
As a higher level teaching assistant or a LSA, you will have a very patient and calming persona and have the ability to stabilise challenging pupils with various behavioural needs. You will also need to:
- Be organised and professional at all times
- Be a qualified higher level teaching assistant or experienced
- Be disciplined and firm
- Be proactive and focused
- Be able to engage with challenging pupils on a 1:1 and group basis
- Have a clear passion for helping challenging pupils reach there full potential
This post will start ASAP and run until the end of the academic year. If however, the successful candidate performs to an outstanding standard, permanent employment will be an option.
