Tradewind are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant with EBD experience to work in a big alternative provision in Gloucestershire. They are looking for a number of Learning Support Assistant to work with their secondary and primary aged pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, to start ASAP on a long-term placement with the school. The rate of pay for this role will vary between £60 to £70 per day.
We are looking for:
*A strong Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting student with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
*Strong behaviour management or team-teach training.
*At least 1 years' experience working in a school or residential homes.
*A committed member of staff who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
*Commitment to the school and their students.
The school is located near Cheltenham, which is accessible by car and public transport. The school offer parking at the school and there is plenty of on street parking surrounding the school.
This alternative provision offers fantastic facilities for their students and staff, where they offer lots of practical lesson like Art, Jamie Oliver's BTEC, Photography, PE and many more.

*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks should be noted.
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
