About the Learning Support Assistant role:
**Choice of temporary or permanent contracts.

To be Successful the Learning Support Assistant will:
**Experience within an SEN environment.
**Drive and motivation to promote progression and development.
**Show persistence with disengaged pupils.
**Comfortable with personal care.
**Have strong behavior management skills.
To be Eligible the Learning Support Assistant must:
**Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate that is registered with the update service.
**Be able to provide two references that cover the last two years of employment.
**Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK.
**Fully up to date CV covering complete career history.
