Infirmary but may include Woodend Hospital and Community work.
will be a requirement to work in shifts on rotation, including evening, weekend
and overnight work.
The Acute Geriatric service includes a Geriatric
Assessment Unit (Ward 102) at the Emergency Care Centre, and step down wards
within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary wards 303,304 and 306.
The service also covers geriatric rehabilitation
at Woodend Hospital (Ward 15, 16, 17, Links@Woodend) and geriatric continuing
care (Morningfield House).
post does not have educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean and will not
be recognised for training.
Full registration with a licence to practise with the GMC is required.
