It's in your gift to help make our customers love us. We’ve got your back and will make sure you’ve got all the tools to deliver a service that’s second to none. You’ll be equally at ease assisting a customer with a banking transaction as you are at promoting one of our brilliant products. Whether you’re discussing a quote or hosting a community event in one of our meeting rooms, you’ll meet every customer and have a brilliant conversation the minute they walk through the door.

Red hot rewards for red hot service:
Salary starting from £16,500 pro rata per year, depending on your experience. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. We’ve got a host of amazing benefits, from our pension and life insurance to your shiny red Virgin Tribe discount card.
You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week, between Monday and Sunday on a 6 week rota,which means you’ll get time off during the week when everyone else is at work!!
Contract: permanent and Temporary contracts available, Full Time
