Logistics & Supply Chain Planner
A global manufacturing business based in Cambridgeshire are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Planner.
As the new Logistics & Supply Chain Planner you play an important role of managing the companies large and demanding supplier list, this includes developing and maintaining external relationships. Alongside supplier management, you will ensure the supply chain continuity is maintained with the agreed inventory parameters. Other responsibilities include; Managing all inbound materials; Co-ordinate activity with suppliers to establish forecast and buffer levels; Overall inventory management.
This business are very focused on finding the right fit for the team and organisation. To be successful, you will need to be personable, logical and a exceptional communicator. An analytical approach to problem solving will be required, alongside the ability to multi-task in a fact paced environment. Ideally you will have experience working with an ERP system in a previous similar role and have a good understanding of the MS office (excel in particular) It is vital that you have experience working in a Supply Chain operations.
