A new opportunity has arisen working for a global company in Alton.

You will be at the forefront of the sales support team, liaising with clients over the phone and inputting sales orders into their bespoke system. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be able to utilise your fluency or language skills in French or Spanish.

Your day to day responsibilities will include;
• Liaising with clients and customers via telephone and email
• Inputting orders onto the bespoke system
• Data entry, attention to detail is key
• Liaising with the production team and other departments
• Handling customer/client queries and complaints
