LOGISTICS FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR - Global Logistics & Freight provider
£18000 to £22000 - Depending on experience
We are seeking to source a LOGISTICS FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR who is immediately available to work in an on-going temporary assignment with a Global Freight & Logistics organisation. We require a candidate who has previously worked in a Integrated logistics, Lead Logistics or Supply Chain Administration capacity previously and processes strong Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, good understanding of Logistics functions and is able to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
The day to day duties of the LOGISTICS FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR will be to check and verify Logistics costings for freight shipments, storage and warehouse etc against set KPI tariffs, identify errors and raise queries, investigate and resolve queries relating to charges and invoices and update systems with correct information. Complete Stock reconciliations, update data relating to stock, complete Stock reports and Finance reports and liaise wit back office function.
Previous experience of working in Logistics or Supply Chain is essential for this role along with excellent Excel skills, strong administration, communication and organisational abilities.
