Our client is a rapidly growing fast paced global and are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their busy team in Heywood.

You will be an experienced Logistic Administrator with excellent communication skills. You will liaise with customers regarding order quires and generate excel reports as well as general administration.

THE ROLE:

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Proactive management of all customer facing issues
  • Strong communications skills (written & verbal)
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
  • Liaising with Customers regarding order queries
  • Customer order & compiling
  • General Administration
  • Generation of excel reports
  • Documentation
  • Filing

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum 2/3 years relevant experience
  • Has an understanding of logistics industry-warehousing
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word required
  • Can work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Is flexible in approach to working hours
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Team Player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Adaptable & flexible

Our client is offering a salary of up to £20,000 per annum. The hours of work at Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with the flexibility to work up to 6:30pm.
