Working in a busy, vibrant but friendly office within a team of account managers looking after multiple client accounts across various industry sectors.
Day to day activities include phone and email communication with clients.
Managing order flow and shipping through our internal warehouse management systems and various carrier systems (online booking).
Preparing paperwork for shipping.
Managing cycle counts and any stock queries with the warehouse team.
Quoting customers for ad-hoc services or requests.
Liaising with packaging suppliers.
Making sure orders are closed off and shipped in line with clients requirements and system is up to date.
The ability to multi-task and experience of working in a busy environment is an advantage.
Good customer service skills and attention to detail required.
Flexibility and working alone or as part of a team is important.
