Logistics Administrator

Our client based in Telford is looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator.

This is a temporary position to commence as soon as possible.

Main tasks are

Collate data from various sources, for example WMS, Inventory systems and manual spreadsheets
Analyse and interrogate data and report outputs
Consolidate various data into one report
Use of spreadsheets to produce operational data for stock, inventory and warehousing
Create daily / weekly and monthly reports to report on operations and inventory
Create daily / weekly and monthly reports for internal and external customers
Manipulate and update of spreadsheets to create reporting outputs
Update and maintain data in the WMS and Inventory systems

Skills required:
Understanding of warehouse practises and experience working in a warehousing environment
Attention to detail and numerate/data rational
Strong numeric and analytical skills
Process orientated
Very competent with manipulation and updating of spreadsheets
Very competent to analyse and interrogate data and report outputs
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - specifically Excel
Good interpersonal skills

Hourly pay rate is £8.93. Full time hours Monday to Friday

Suitable candidate will require a Disclosure Scotland to be processed.
