This is a full time  role  based in  NW London Salary  £20,000 – 22,000

Working hours Mon – Fri 9:00 am - 5:00pm

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator who enjoys being busy and working in a small but friendly team

Job description
* Placing purchase orders and invoices
* Managing lead-time and shipping schedule
* Contact forwarding companies to arrange the shipment
* Check the order status.
* Manage stock operations  
* Send invoices and all necessary shipping documentation
* Check invoices from suppliers and forwarding companies
* Sending new inquiries to suppliers (email and phone)
* Making quotations and sample follow up
* Check payments from customers in time
* Assist sales manager for developing new business
* Market research (web search and telephone)
* Booking hotels and air tickets and so on

Essential Skills 
* Trade incoterms  Previous experience with shipping terms and documents
* Proven track record in administration
*Attention to detail

* PC Skill (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
