Logistics Administrator

Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to process orders and create shipment documents and to liaise closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent service to customers.

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Experience using ERP systems (SAP a plus), Word and Excel

5+ years related experience working in order entry, logistics and billing

Researching and resolving any issues with orders

Experience working with Trade Compliance ( Knowledge of UK Export Laws)

Excellent oral, written, and customer interface skills

Customer service oriented

Computer skills including knowledge of Word and Excel Programs

Highly organised

Professional Attributes

Good communication and team building skills
Detail oriented
Extremely accurate
Proactive - develops practical solutions, takes ownership, has a 'can do' rather than 'won't do' approach
Teamwork - connected to the business, communicates openly, shares information and knowledge.
