Due to expansion, we need an administrator for our clients busy logistics team.
Based near Halifax, this position is available on a permanent basis, offering a permanent contract.
This is a general administration position, and applicants should have previous experience of working in an office and enjoy being part of a team, with good attention to detail.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role:
" Creating delivery paperwork from computer system
" Scanning documents and ensuring they are filed correctly
" Arrange collection with suppliers of returned goods
" Answer phones
" General administration duties
" Liaising with various parties both over the phone and vie email.
