We are currently hiring for Logistic Administrator to join our client's logistics team, this role will initially be a temporary role but as the business continues to grow, there may be the opportunity for this to become permanent.
Within this role, you will be responsible for playing a key role within our clients Logistics department by providing an excellent experience for customers with every telephone call made and taken.
You will be a part of a vibrant, unique and exciting call centre, dedicated to understanding customer's collection needs, and supporting them by providing collection schedules and a service that satisfies their requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills; in particular a clear and confident telephone manner with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a call centre / office based environment
- A focused approach to data entry, both swiftly and accurately; therefore you must have excellent IT skills, be proficient in the use of both Outlook and Microsoft Word, and have the ability to adapt to the use of bespoke in house software.
