Logistics Administrator

Ascott Blake are working with an exciting, growing 'family feel' pharmaceutical company based in Hillingdon looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their Logistics team currently based in Greenford, however will be moving to the Hayes site in 2018.

The ideal candidate will have freight experience, sea, air and land within an office environment. In this role you will be communicating with customers on the telephone and email, and will be entering necessary data on the in-house computer system.

You will provide general back up to the Logistics Team Leader and Logistics Manager and complete the 'Track and Trace’ process using the internet.

You will raise Airway Bills and prepare all other relevant logistics paperwork, preparing all labels and labelling for despatch of goods.

Prepare all necessary paperwork for various courier, freight and shipping services and invoices via the in house system.

If you have been in your current role for a minimum of 2 years within a fast paced administration role, and have a 5 year referenceable history, you will also be considered.

You will have an excellent customer service manner, and be professional at all times.

You have to have a 5 year work history which can be checked via references, due to the nature of the compliance in this role. You will also require a DBS check.
