Logisitics Co-ordinator/customer service

A large national organisation is looking for several Logistics co-ordinators to be the pivotal point of communication between the Customers and Knauf to ensure that all Customer requirements are satisfied.
You will be required to co-ordinate, organise and priorities lorry loads and take orders over the phone.
Other duties include:-
 To maintain high levels of Service delivery by processing Customer Orders accurately to ensure goods are provided as required.
 To maintain high levels of communication with other company departments and hauliers.
 Meet Call Handling standards as set by the company.
 Any other duties as requested by the Sales Desk Manager or Operations Manager.
Context:
 Reporting to Customer Service Manager and is aligned to Operations Department.

Achievement of individual and department performance standards.
 Professional interaction with Customers.
 Accurate processing of orders
 Timely processing of orders
 Take ownership and resolve Customer issues within set parameters.
 Development of personable and professional relationships with all internal and external Customers and support functions.
 To work in accordance with requirements of the jobholder’s role set out in the IMS, including but not limited to H & S, Quality, Environment and Corporate Responsibility (including Competition and Bribery Acts).
