A new opportunity for a Locum Private Client Legal Secretary has now arisen in our clients’ busy department in Canterbury, Kent. Supporting Fee Earners, applications are encouraged from experienced Legal Secretaries who have a fast typing speed, and can demonstrate top class client care. Your duties will include: telephony; file management; liaising with clients and other professionals; diary management; audio typing; organising client activities; preparing legal documents; receptionist duties; and general office administration. Available to start on short notice, you will hit the ground running, working well under minimum supervision. You will also be available for Locum Work, starting immediately.
A Legal Secretary with strong experience in a Private Client department.
Have a fast typing speed.
Possess excellent client care and communication skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications.
Handle your workload under minimum supervision.
