They are now seeking a Locum Personal Injury Lawyer for immediate start.
A great opportunity has now arisen for a Locum Personal Injury Lawyer in our client’s busy department in Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside. Our client is seeking applications from qualified Solicitors, Barristers, Legal Executives or Paralegals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Personal Injury department. Hitting the ground running, you would demonstrate excellent client skills and communicate well both verbal and written. Your duties may include: holiday and sickness claims; RTA, multi-track and fast-track claims; negligence claims; serious injury claims; industrial disease; OL and EL; negotiating settlements and; drafting pleadings and orders. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer who takes pride in their work and is seeking a Locum/Temporary role.
Ideally, a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Solid knowledge of Personal Injury matters is highly essential.
Additional experience in holiday and sickness claims is a prerequisite.
You will be available to start on short notice for Locum work.
Good negotiation skills would be desirable.
Demonstrate excellent client skills and work well in a team.
