Locum Personal Injury Lawyer

THE ROLE:
Joining a successful team of Personal Injury Lawyers and fee earners, the Personal Injury Lawyer will be working on a busy caseload of Employer's Liability claims in Leeds city centre. You will have responsibility of your own claimant Personal Injury files from day one, with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on personal billings and targets.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a Personal Injury Lawyer with at least 12 months PQE dealing with litigated EL claims. You may well currently have a mixed caseload of work, but the majority of your files must be within EL and it is essential that you have experience in handling litigated files. Recently qualified Solicitors keen to build thier career in Personal Injury are welcome to apply, however the majority of your training contract must have been within employer's liability claims and ideally you will have previous paralegal experience as well. In all cases, it is vital you are used to working in a target driven environment utilising a case management system.
