Our Local Authority client is looking for an experienced Locum Educational Psychologist to cover a vacancy created by maternity leave.

The successful candidate will work within their highly committed and friendly team visiting children on patch for prearranged appointments and then completing EHCP plans for the PEP.

If you believe in promoting a plan review approach, identifying and so building on pupils strengths and working in collaboration with teachers, pupils and families alike to achieve the best results then this could be ideal for you.

The contract starts in January,could be for up to a year in duration and will suit anyone seeking 2 - 5 days per week. In addition here is a degree of flexibility with regard to some work being carried out at home.

As an experienced Educational Psychologist you will:

*Be professionally qualified and HCPC registered as an Educational Psychologist.

*Have experience working as an EP in the UK (preferably two years, but this is subject to discussion)

*Be able to supply two names as references for your previous/current work as an EP

*Be happy to work within a time allocation system and responsible for the efficient, effective, clinical and professional delivery of Educational Psychology plans to meet the needs of the children, young people/adults and schools,
