Locum Assistant Team Manager - Adult Social Care

Southwark are currently looking for an experienced senior practitioner/assistance team manager to join their Assessment and Intake Team. You will be working with Older People with Physical Disabilities. Experience working with this client group is essential as well as previous senior/management experience

As an Assistant Team Manager you will:
* Report to managers in the larger localities delivering co-ordinated and planned interventions and support to service users
* Work with other professionals such as OT's, Nurses and Support Staff
* Implement new ways of working, be innovative, creative and willing to try new processes
* Have strong staff management skills, safeguarding experience, court experience and have experience working with complex legal cases
* Adhere to council policies and procedures


Requirements:
* HCPC registration
* Enhanced DBS
