The main purpose of this role is to drive account penetration through the strategic management of accounts within specific sectors of clients.
Managing a small team, the Senior Account Manager will be setting and implementing the strategy for your sector of accounts to ensure an excellent roll out for the client of their benefits platform and that each Sales Executive assigned to your accounts has enough viable customers to see each day to hit their targets.
The Senior Account Manager holds responsibility for ensuring that targets and KPIs relating to your sector of accounts are met.
This role will be field based approximately 90% of the time
