Locality Manager - Manchester

Due recent changes, a truly rare and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a hard working & dedicated professional to join our Lifestyles & Work team in Manchester as a Locality Manager. The role consists managing a range of different services including employment, education and leisure and our 3 ships programme.

We are looking for someone to join us on a full-time, permanent contact to work 37.5 hours per week.

The Locality Manager will lead their team/s to ensure that we provide a high quality service to the people we support and that contractual targets are met. You will achieve this through robust quality monitoring to ensure that your team meet legal and contractual compliance. Financial stability and growth are key to this role therefore effective budgeting, financial and stakeholder management will be necessary.

We also have our 3 ships programme, an EFSA funded provision provided supported internships, traineeships and apprenticeships. Its essential to us that we continue to grow this area of our organisation especially over Manchester and we would be looking for your support in this. To really be fantastic at this previous experience of working with education programmes and Ofsted Standards is advantageous.

Ideally you will also have experience of managing services which provide progressive skill development and employment support with the willingness to learn and grow into a new Managerial role. You will be outgoing, confident & have the ability to work using your initiative and creativity.
