Locality Development Manager

Posted 18 September by NHS Business Services Authority

The ambition of the BNSSG CCG’s Area Directorate at Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire’s Clinical Commissioning Group is to create a genuinely integrated “out-of-hospital” service offer, with GPs, community services, social services, the voluntary sector and other partners working together to keep people healthy, well and independent in their own homes.

The advertised role presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and suitably skilled manager to work as part of a Bristol Locality Team, to support the development of the Locality Partnership on its journey to Integrated Care Provider (ICP) status. You will be an integral part of developing and implementing the Locality’s plans, engaging and building relationships with stakeholders from across the healthcare, social care and voluntary sectors.

You will be responsible for providing expert support to one of the CCG Heads of Locality, developing plans, managing projects and leading on specific areas of locality development. You will need to be a highly-organised individual with experience of bringing about changes in service delivery models with multiple stakeholders in a challenging environment.

The post will be based at the CCG headquarters in South Plaza, Bristol, BS1 3NX. Interviews will be w/b 5th October 2020.
