Our client is looking to recruit a lobby host for one of their sites in Liverpool Street. Role is Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Job description:

  • Giving a warm welcome to all guests and employees who are entering the building
  • Directing guests to the reception desk
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
  • Ensuring guest requests and inquiries are handled accordingly with the highest guest satisfaction and expectations.
  • Helping the receptionist to sign in guests when required including:
  • Signing the guest in and directing them to the right floor
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails promptly in a polite and professional manner
  • Communicating information to occupiers and client
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Communicating any maintenance issues

The perfect candidate is someone who has:

  • Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess in 5* environment
  • Strong Understanding of corporate etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
  • Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
  • Ability to connect with different personalities
  • Ability to easily memorise names and recognise individuals’ particulars
  • Ability to provide services to the highest specification within a Corporate Building
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
  • Well spoken, compassionate, well looked-after
  • Passion to deliver excellent customer service always going above and beyond
