Starting the middle of April, our client is a small business in Cheltenham looking for an experienced candidate to cover a period of annual leave on a short term, full time basis.
Calling existing customer and managing enquiries, the post-holder will be updating spreadsheets, and communicating with clients over the telephone, email and via the website.
Maintaining accurate records in order to leave a thorough handover will also be an important part of this role.
To be considered for this role we are looking for confident communicators with a mature approach to work, high attention to detail and a self-motivated approach.
In addition, our ideal candidate will have proven administration capabilities and be available from mid April to work full time for a period of three weeks.
