We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Unsecured Loans team. You will be responsible for conducting high quality sales calls which lead to suitable outcomes for our customer

- Experience of successfully working to targets
- Current or recent experience of an outbound call environment
- Do you have the ability to forge strong relationships with customers?
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment which requires excellent organisation skills?
- You must be an excellent communicator who’s confident but also be a great listener.

About the role
As a Unsecured Loan Advisor, You will be responsible for conducting high quality sales calls which lead to suitable outcomes for our customers. You will also be responsible for making referrals to our preferred partners when an unsecured loan may not be a suitable option.
Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a compliant framework to ensure our customers go on to obtain the most suitable product.
