Live In Support Worker - Kent

Hours - Live In

Pay - £455 - £1260 p/w

Pulse Community Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker in supporting our clients within their own home. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic support worker who can encourage and promote our clients in the home and community.

The successful support worker would be expected to provide personal care, assist with mobility and management of clinical interventions specific to the client’s condition. Specialist training would be provided allowing you to meet the care needs of the client.

This role is a live in and is offering competitive pay of up to £1260 per week.

As a Support Worker for Pulse Community Healthcare you will benefit from:

As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care to the client
  • Administering medication
  • Managing clinical interventions
  • Promoting independence in the home and community.

The ideal support worker will have:

  • A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • A current enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous paid experience in Health and Social Care in the UK
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of professional boundaries
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team.
