Hours - Live in

Pay Rate - £1260 per week

Pulse Community Healthcare is seeking a support worker to join our team in supporting our clients. Previous experience working with spinal injuries would be desirable, however full mandatory and specialist training is provided. Daily duties for the successful support worker would include personal care, domestic care, and assistance with mobility and management of complex interventions related to our client’s condition.

The ideal support worker will have:

  • A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
  • UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
  • A good understanding of professional boundaries
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and person centered care
