Are you a driven and detail-focused solicitor with a passion for property law? Ready to build expertise in a specialist, fast-paced area of litigation? If you're newly qualified or have up to 3 years' PQE, this is a rare opportunity to join a thriving legal team.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in managing forfeiture claims for unpaid ground rent, service charges and breaches of assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs). Working alongside an experienced and supportive legal team, you'll handle cases from initial instruction through to enforcement.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing a varied caseload of forfeiture claims

  • Advising clients on risks, remedies and legal strategy

  • Drafting legal notices and court applications

  • Representing clients in court (hearings, where required)

  • Staying on top of key changes in landlord and tenant law

  • Collaborating with your team to deliver excellent client outcomes

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (0-3 years PQE)

  • Experience in forfeiture claims and landlord-tenant disputes

  • Confident drafting legal documents and notices

  • Solid understanding of key legislation (e.g. Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, CLRA 2002)

  • Strong advocacy and communication skills

  • Able to manage a busy caseload with care and precision

  • A team player who thrives in a structured, client-focused environment
