Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive – Torquay, Devon 1 year + 

Who will you join? 

  • A very successful team with plenty of commercial & civil litigation work across the South West region & beyond

  • Work alongside a supportive head of department & colleagues 

What will you do? 

  • Handle a varied caseload of both civil & commercial litigation matters 

Matters will include (but not limited to):

  • Landlord and tenant matters, contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes, construction work, property & planning disputes and professional negligence
  • You will be able to engage with clients and build strong relationships
  • You will often be acting for local owner managed businesses & SMEs 

What will you need? 

  • To be a qualified litigation solicitor or legal executive 
  • Lawyers with at least one year of litigation experience are encouraged to apply
