Our client is looking for a Debt Recovery Solicitor.

A new formed firm based in the North West are looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Solicitor to join their expanding team. This role is reporting into the Legal Director and is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career.

JOB TITLE: Debt Recovery/Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 3 years +

LOCATION: North West (Lancashire)

SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and skilled Debt Recovery/Litigation Solicitor to play a key role in the development of the debt department of this newly formed law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Legal Director and a team of paralegals and will be able to handle their own caseload of debt recovery matters. The successful candidate will be expected to progress defended debt recover matters along with managing the recovery of debts and dealing with clients. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Legal Director who will provide invaluable training and development.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Debt Recovery/Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with debt recovery litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the civil procedure rules and will have a passion for this area of law. You must be commercially aware and be looking for the chance to develop your managerial skills and experience. As an experienced Debt Recovery/Litigation Solicitor you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills together with the capability to manage a large number of claims. We are looking for a bright individual, who is a team player and is keen to learn.
