We are actively seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join our client, a Leeds City Centre Law firm. To be considered for the position of Litigation Secretary, you will need to demonstrate previous experience within a Litigation Department and previous experience working with case management and digital dictation. As the Litigation Secretary, you will be responsible for;

  • Copy and Audio typing of letters, documents and templates
  • Preparing court papers and organising bundles
  • Diary Management for the Fee Earners
  • Handling general Office Support and Administration duties
  • Manual and electronic filing and archiving
  • Other ad-hoc duties to support the wider team

To be considered for the Litigation Secretary position you need to demonstrate;

  • Previous experience working in a Litigation Department
  • Experience working with Case Management is advantageous
  • Digital Dictation skills would be an advantageous
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
