Working within our clients busy office in Cardiff, their Motor Fleet Claims Technicians are given full responsibility for each individual motor insurance claim they deal with.
Claims can range from third party Liability through to Personal Injury and Total Loss, but they will give you the training and know-how to identify the nature of each claim, how to gain as much detail as possible from the claimants and the best course of action to take for their valued customers and clients alike. The role will be at an entry level, so you may have had a taste of handling claims or a healthily appetite to progress your career within this field.
It is likely you will have held a role involving exceptional Customer Service delivery and have previous office experience. If you are ready to take the next step into motor claims handling then they can also offer you progression in handling the more complex motor claims to further your career, as well as a warm and friendly working environment and insurance exam support.
