This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Legal Secretary, ideally with Litigation experience although this isn't essential, to join a leading regional firm in Exeter. This is a full time and permanent role offering a competitive salary, pleasant working environment and attractive benefits.

Providing crucial secretarial and administrative support to the Property Litigation Team, your role will include producing documents and correspondence by use of audio and copy typing, diary management and extensive client liaison. The team deal with a wide range of civil litigation work from contentious probate to commercial and property disputes so your workload will be interesting and varied.

You will be capable of dealing with a busy workload quickly and accurately and often to deadlines and will demonstrate excellent time management and attention to detail. Friendly and approachable, you will be a team player with a solid Legal Secretarial background. Highly organised, motivated and flexible you will need excellent communication skills and bucket loads of enthusiasm and initiative.
