Based in a litigation and dispute resolution department, you will work closely with two partners in the department, and liaise with clients on a daily basis. Your key duties in this position will include:
- Assisting on all aspects of their caseloads
- Assisting with court bundles
- Instructing counsel
- Supporting on file management
- Taking a lead in the real estate disputes team financials
- Producing monthly bills for clients
- Providing key administrative duties
In order to be successful in your application, you must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a paralegal / fee earning role, dealing with contentious matters, a degree level qualification, a keen interest in property litigation work, excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a keen work hard attitude.
