The role of the Litigation Customer Consultant is to speak to customers, understand their individual situation, go through their income and expenditure and tailor a repayment plan to suit their needs. This role would suit someone who has a fair and ethical approach and who would like to help people on their road to financial recovery and make a real difference to the customers you interact with.
The role is 100% telephone based in an exciting and vibrant call centre environment, and involves handling a mixture of in and outbound calls on a daily basis.
You will need excellent communication skills, be customer focused, motivated and driven to meet and exceed expectations with a professional attitude.

The starting salary for this role is £18,000 plus you will have the opportunity to earn up to 35% of this salary should you achieve your quality, customer and commercial targets.
The hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week and will work on a rotating shift pattern of one week, 8am - 4.30 and one week, 12-8pm. One in four Saturdays, 9am - 1pm.
