Your new role
Exciting opportunity for a litigation lawyer to progress their knowledge and skills in contentious and non-contentious litigation alongside qualifying as a Manx Advocate. You will be involved in a range of matters relating to commercial disputes, employment, insurance & medical negligence, family law, trust & estates and restructuring & insolvency and advising clients on the strength of their cases.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must be a confident advocate with a broad experience in contentious and non-contentious litigation. Ideally you will hold a common-law practising certificate and have more than one years' experience in the UK, Channel Islands and/or the Commonwealth. As a condition of employment, individuals interested will need to qualify as a Manx Advocate for which a pathway will be facilitated and financially supported.
