WE ARE LOOKING FOR LITHUANIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ ANSWERING CLIENTS PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, MEET THEM FACE TO FACE IN THE OFFICE;

+ SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT;

+ DISTRIBUTION OF CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND DELIVERY OF COMPANY SERVICES;

+ SELL COMPANY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS;

+ FILLING NECESSARY DOCUMENTATIONS.

REQUIREMENTS:

+ EXPERIENCE IN FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, TAX , INSURANCE OR SIMILAR;

+ VERY GOOD ENGLISH LANGUAGE;

+ PERFECT VERBAL AND WRITTEN LITHUANIAN LANGUAGE;

+ PUNCTUAL;

+ VERY GOOD COMPUTER SKILL (specifically Mac);

+ PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION LEVEL;

+ SELF MOTIVATED;

+ PRO ACTIVE.
