The successful applicant will be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. You must hold a current NPLQ. Duties will include lifeguarding, dealing with enquiries, working on reception and cleaning both wet and dry side of the pool. The pool remains open for 52 weeks of the year. There would also be the opportunity for voluntary overtime, based on the fluctuating needs of the pool.
This role: full time position; 40 hours per week, working on a rotating three-weekly shift pattern
£17,017 per annum
plus benefits including generous contributory pension scheme, use of the swimming pool, refreshments and meals (during term time) when on duty.
