Are you a qualified lifeguard or fancy training to become one, then our team at Rutland Water would love to hear from you!
We have a number of casual lifeguard and senior lifeguard opportunities available throughout the summer season (April - November 2017) to join our existing team.
Our location is stunning, set in 4,200 acres of open countryside, Rutland Water Park is the central rural attraction in England's smallest county of Rutland and offers activities for all the family including various Watersports activities. Not a bad place to wind away your summer months.
Based at our beautiful reservoir, this role is essential in ensuring the safety and well being of our visitors to Rutland. Supervision and security of the public will always be in the forefront of all you do, ensuring a fun and safe environment at all times.
We experience a high volume of visitors over the summer months and you will need to vigilant at all times to respond with urgency and efficiency to any swimmers and visitors in distress.
If you are already a lifeguard and are looking for the next step up, we have senior lifeguards roles available where your duties will be similar to the above but with the added extra of supervising a team of lifeguards daily.
It would be great if you hold the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have previous experience in a similar role, combined with a strong customer service ethic.
