Life Sciences Technical Support - Immunology - Birmingham
I'm currently recruiting for a scientific company, based in Birmingham, that needs a Life Sciences Technical Support specialist to help their clients, around the globe, with technical support and trouble shooting.
They need someone who has clear communication skills, both written and spoken, and has experience working in a lab themselves. This is important, so you can rely on past experience in helping people who need your assistance.
Specifically, if you have immunology or assay development exposure this will be ideal. If you do not have immunology or assay development knowledge but have provided scientific lab support over the phone, we would still consider your application.
We are also open to someone without phone support experience, however it would then be essential that you have immunology or assay development knowledge and offered support in person.
I feel this role could be ideal for someone who no longer wants to work in a lab but still wants to work in the scientific sector.
This company provide an excellent starting salary, benefits package, career training and development. It is expected that you would hold a relevant life sciences degree.
There will be a lot of interest in this role, so if you are interested in exploring this role I suggest you make an application now.
