Life & Pensions / Sales Support Administrator - Leeds City Centre - up to £23,000 per annum plus a wealth of benefits.

An experienced Life & Pensions / Sales Support Administrator is required to join a Global Wealth Management organisation working within a busy Life & Pensions team based in Leeds City Centre.

As an experienced Life & Pensions / Sales Support Administrator the main purpose of your role will be to process new and existing Individual Life and Pensions applications.

Your duties as an experienced Life & Pensions/ Sales Support Administrator will be to:

Input confidential and personal client information on to the computer system
Accurately prepare documents
Process Individual Life & Pensions applications
Liaise with providers, team members and other departments as required
Undertake any other administration duties as and when required by the Department Supervisor/Manager

As an experienced Life & Pensions / Sales Support Administrator you will have:

Experience of working within a Life & Pensions Administration / Sales Support role within an IFA environment
The ability to work effectively in a team environment and be able to work under pressure
Excellent written communication skills as well as being able to liaise confidentially to all levels of personnel via the telephone
Excellent Customer Services skills
The ability to prioritise and be extremely organised
A good level of education and be working towards the Financial Planning certificates or equivalent
Adviser Office experience

In return you will receive an annual basic salary up to £23,000, 25 days holiday per annum which will increase to 30 days over a 10 year period plus a wealth of benefits including: Pension, Life Assurance, PMI, Season Ticket Loan, Corporate Sports Club membership, PHI etc,
