In the normal run of things, an insurance firm with strong financial backing and grow plans would look to open new offices across the UK, whether it be Manchester, Newcastle or John o’ Groats. But not this firm. Despite only working with UK-based clients, you will be working solely from the land of sunshine and Sangria - Spain!
You’ll be selling life insurance to the UK market, so as a result, it is crucial that you have experience in a life insurance sales role. But what makes this role particularly ideal for an experienced sales agent is the fact there’s no cold calling whatsoever. All of the leads are sourced from the company’s own website. This firm doesn’t buy leads and they especially don’t cold call people in the UK.
To top it off, the earning potential in this role is huge. You’ll be starting on a base of £25K with an OTE of £50-60K for the first year, but the sky really is the limit for earnings. Top performers at this firm earn up to £50K in bonuses per annum on top of their base salary, whilst average performers still earn around £30K-40K in bonuses. One adviser who joined last year made £4600 in their first month, and was able to keep £4500 of it for themselves!
Should you be successful, the firm will pay for your flights to Spain, set up accommodation providing a deposit, first 3 months rent and a car transfer so you won’t need to worry about forking out from your own pocket to set yourself up. The firm will cover everything to get you set up so you can get started and make some real money after training finishes.
You’ll also have a dedicated admin team who will process all paperwork and aftersales work, so your only focus will be making sales.
