Your new role
You will be working as a Licensing Officer within the Environmental Services sector. You'll be dealing with alcohol related matters. You'll also be writing and compiling Committee reports, presenting these and speaking on behalf of the service at relevant meetings. You will also carry out routine visits and inspections along with working with other Government Services such as the Police.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll will need to be an experienced Licensing Officer and have either worked for a Council or the Police in such a capacity. You will hold relevant licensing qualifications such as a BIIAB Level 2 or equivalent. You'll also have a sound knowledge of licensing law and regulations and be experienced at report writing and evidence gathering.
