Licensing Administrator - Part-Time

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic candidate to join Brands Inc. Brands Inc manage a diverse portfolio of renowned sport, fashion, lifestyle and character brands, on an international scale.

As a Licensing Administrator you will be reporting to the Divisional Managing Director and will assist the internal wholesale, licensing and distribution teams. Forming a pivotal role to the business the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Duties

Manage the critical path of the company’s contractual agreements, from draft stage through to final execution.The drafting of standard letters and related administrative duties.Drafting of deal memos and liaising with all internal commercial and legal teams.Administrative maintenance of the company’s software, systems and databases.To run weekly status review meetings with the management team.To work closely with our internal lawyers and external trade mark team to ensure the Group are protected against brand trade mark infringements globally.Provide support and assistance to the department Heads.General office administration and adhoc duties relevant to the role.

Key Skills

Attention to detail is essential whilst working under pressure to meet deadlines.Exceptionally organised.Confident and diligent.Ability to work coherently as part of a team.Good time management, with an ability to prioritise.Possess excellent communication skills: written and verbal.Competent in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel.Previous office experience is essential.

Knowledge of basic IP/contract law is advantageous but not essential
