TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and growing law firm in Swansea. Who have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Lawyer (via CILEx, SRA, or CLC) with 1-3 years PQE to join our well-established law firm in Swansea.

The firm is renowned for its comprehensive legal services and client-focused approach. With a bustling practice, they handle a diverse range of property matters including residential sales and purchases, landlord and tenant issues, re-mortgages and equity releases, transfers of equity, gifts and assents, freehold reversions, and lease enfranchisements.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Property Lawyer, you will work closely with Senior Associates and Partners while managing your own caseload. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a varied caseload of property transactions
  • Assisting in complex residential and commercial property matters
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and support

Requirements:

  • Qualified Lawyer via CILEx, SRA, or CLC route
  • 1-3 years PQE in property law
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property matters
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
