My client are a thriving South East London Local Government Officer who are currently recruiting an Operations Officer for their excellent library service.
The Manager is looking for EXPERIENCED LIBRARY STAFF WITH MANAGEMENT SKILLS as well as the following:
- Excellent knowledge of managing a team.
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety issues as they affect buildings, public and staff
- Excellent knowledge of local and national digital agendas.
- Good knowledge of the latest developments in library & information services.
- Good knowledge of library standards and targets for the library & information service
- Good knowledge of the key priorities for the local authority and the implications for the delivery of a quality service.
