Levy Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager

The Role

You will be engaging and working in partnership with employers, advising on the Apprenticeship Levy and the transition from frameworks to standards, as well as conducting organisational needs analysis with employers to devise effective training and recruitment plans.

You will be proactively promoting our clients recruitment, training and development programmes through identifying, engaging and securing new business via outbound sales calls, networking, presentations and face to face meetings.

You will maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues to ensure services are delivered to an excellent standard that will maximise opportunities to be provide added value programmes and services.

The Individual

You will need to be self managing and highly motivated with an ability to secure new employer clients through a variety of new business development approaches, including; cold calls, meetings, presentations and events.

Experience of working in a similar role is essential as identifying effective workforce training solutions that address an employer’s current and future business needs will be crucial to your success. Knowledge of the apprenticeship reforms would also be advantageous.

The Package

In return you will receive a basic salary of upto£35,000 per annum with generous holidy entitlement and an amazing supportive team.
